Patient Relations Coordinator
The patient relations coordinator plays a vital role in the efficient operation of each practice. Our PRCs provide exceptional front-line customer service and meet the many non-clinical needs of our patients. They coordinate the flow of patients through the office, assist patients with payments, insurance and billing information, schedule appointments and maintain patient charts.
Treatment Consultant
The treatment consultant plays a critical role in the success of the practice by creating and maintaining positive and professional relationships with patients, and by serving as a liaison between the patient and doctor to ensure a successful visit. They assist patients with questions regarding insurance, services and fees, and they educate and encourage patients to embrace optimal dental health. By working directly with the patients and insurance companies, the consultant assists with completing insurance forms, verifies coverage and addresses any of the patient’s financial concerns regarding their care and treatment options.
Office Manager/Assistant Office Manager
Our office managers and assistant office managers are responsible for ensuring that their teams provide the highest quality of care and service to each patient by maximizing the talent, skill and abilities of each team member. One of their most critical functions is to provide consistent leadership and open communication within the office. They are responsible for managing the financial resources of the practice, orienting new employees and ensuring that policies and processes are properly communicated and followed.
Orthodontic Manager/Coordinator
Orthodontic teams travel between multiple practices on a daily basis within each region. The coordinator effectively works hand in hand with the orthodontist and assistants to ensure the team’s success. They provide superior one-on-one customer service to their patients, meeting all the non-clinical orthodontic needs by managing the scheduling, billing, payments, files and follow-ups for the orthodontic patients. The managers and coordinators are recognized for their ability to work closely with our patients and their parents to present treatment and financial options. The manager effectively schedules orthodontic staff, provides leadership to the team, monitors and controls expenses and budgets, and coordinates marketing directives.
