The Advantages Of Starting Out With A Built-In Patient Base
When you become a member of the DentalCare Partners team, you will be joining a practice with an existing patient base. Both Sears Dental and DentalWorks are well known and respected in the markets they serve. Our reputation for professional care, reasonable prices and clean, comfortable facilities stretches back over 20 years. And we continue to generate an average of 70 new patients per doctor per month through an extensive, ongoing marketing campaign.

So instead of having to spend a great deal of time and money seeking out patients on your own, you can use our reputation to grow your practice. At DCP, you will have ample opportunities to develop and enhance your skills by performing a variety of challenging procedures. And as you grow your practice, we will be there for you every step of the way, providing the necessary operational support. So you will be free to focus on cultivating relationships with your staff and patients.

The Financial Rewards Of Joining DCP
At DentalCare Partners, you have the freedom and the flexibility to maximize your earning potential by working an efficient patient schedule and developing skills that will enable you to perform various procedures. A typical DCP dentist earns more per year than the norm of $198,000* reported by solo practitioners; the top 10% of our dentists average $450,000 annually. (Remember: Unlike dentists with their own practice, you won’t be saddled with start-up or acquisition costs, which can exceed $500,000.) Our Doctor Partnership Program provides additional opportunities for increased earnings and greater equity.
*Based on the 2003 ADA “Survey of Dental Practice” and applying an annual 6% increase through 2005.

DCP also offers a benefits package that can add significant value to your total compensation. All dentists are eligible to participate in DCP’s individual liability policy malpractice insurance plan. As a full-time staff member, you can also participate in our long-term disability insurance plan.

Doctor Partnership Program:
The Benefits Of Ownership Without Many Of The Risks

With DentalCare Partners’ Doctor Partnership Program, those doctors who exhibit exemplary clinical and management skills can reap the rewards of equity ownership and profit sharing – without the risks or hassles of running their own business. Since we instituted this innovative program in 2003, we’ve awarded partnerships to 40 doctors who now earn an average of $370,000 per year.

If you have been an associate with DCP for at least a year and display outstanding leadership qualities, you could be eligible to purchase a percentage of the equity in the practice where you work. We finance a majority of the purchase; the Professional Corporation retains your name and DCP continues to provide administrative and marketing support. If you choose to retire or leave the practice, you can sell your interest to another doctor.
