  • Medical – To give you greater choice in health insurance coverage for you and your eligible dependents, we offer two plans. Options include a choice between an innovative high deductible health plan coupled with a Health Savings account, or a traditional PPO plan.  If you decide to participate in our health plan, you will share in a portion of the premium payments each pay period; DCP funds the rest.  Our plans include prescription drug coverage, preventive care benefits, a personalized health and wellness website, a 24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and a preferred provider network.
  • Vision – A company-paid discount program gives you and your family convenient access to over 30,000 private practice and optical retail providers nationwide.
  • Dental – Free cleanings, exams and routine x-rays plus substantial discounts on general dentistry, lab costs, reconstructive procedures and orthodontia are offered with no premium cost to you or your family through our internal network of dental providers.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts – By setting aside pre-taxed earnings to pay for certain healthcare expenses or dependent care expenses such as day care for your children, you enjoy lower taxes and a higher take-home pay.
  • Health Savings Accounts – This innovative savings program allows you to save tax-free money for future medical expenses in a “Medical IRA” account. The account is portable and can remain with you until retirement regardless of your employment status with DentalCare Partners.
  • Basic Life and AD&D Insurance – A basic level of coverage is provided at no charge for eligible employees with additional opportunities to buy higher levels of coverage as well as life insurance coverage for your spouse and dependent children at greatly reduced group rates.
  • Supplemental Insurance – Disability, Accident Insurance, Universal Life and other individual and portable plans and products are available and can be conveniently paid for via payroll deduction.
  • 401(k) Matched Retirement Savings Plan – When it comes to planning for your future, there is no time like the present. Your participation in our 401(k) retirement savings plan earns you even greater savings at retirement. Eligible participating associates receive a company-matching contribution equaling .20 for each dollar they contribute up to the first 6% of their annual salary.
