Administrative Support
Between filling out forms, ordering supplies, making payroll and balancing the books, when do you have time left to practice dentistry? DentalCare Partners’ centralized administrative system takes care of such vital yet tedious tasks so you can concentrate on what matters most to you: your patients.

Insurance Processing. Insurance programs these days are incredibly complex. Our administrators negotiate for our doctors with insurers, make sure they are properly reimbursed and oversee the information system, all of which can substantially boost collection rates.

Purchasing. Maintaining a network of more than 70 offices enables us to purchase everything from dental and office supplies to outside lab services and insurance for less than individual practices. But our dentists have sole authority over all clinical supplies and laboratories.

Human Resources. Our HR department takes care of payroll, employee benefits and other employee-related issues. They also provide invaluable assistance in recruiting new dentists and hiring and training office support staff.

Accounting. Our staff of expert accountants handles everything from tax compliance to accounts payable and receivable.

Legal. We have a General Counsel on staff and also contract with highly regarded law firms to deal with any legal compliance matters as well as general and malpractice insurance.

Marketing Support
It’s a challenge every dentist faces: how to generate a steady flow of patients. To reach as many potential prospects as possible, DentalCare Partners’ comprehensive, ongoing marketing program encompasses everything from direct mail pieces to in-store signage, newspaper ads to TV commercials. Lacking the financial resources or number of locations necessary to mount a market-wide campaign, most solo practitioners are lucky to attract 10 new patients per month. DCP, on the other hand, draws an average of 70 new patients per dentist per month.
