How Is DCP Set Up?
In order to operate efficiently and effectively, DentalCare Partners is comprised of two distinct entities that have forged a productive partnership:
1. DentalCare Partners (DCP). Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, DCP provides a complete range of management services to more than 70 affiliated practices, including:
- Administrative functions, including accounting, human resources, marketing and finance
- Recruitment of professional, administrative and support personnel in the practices
- Equipment and facility leasing
2. Professional Corporations (PC). These corporations were established for each office we operate. The PCs employ the professional staff who provides clinical services to patients. Each PC, in turn, is owned by a handful of highly experienced dentists who provide clinical and management oversight to the PC’s practices and employees. In addition, all senior dental directors are practicing dentists.
